Master selalu mengingatkan para relawan untuk tidak melupakan sejarah perjalanan Tzu Chi dan sering berbagi dengan orang lain karena ini demi membimbing dan menginspirasi cinta kasih orang-orang. Kehangatan di dunia ini bukan berasal dari ucapan semata, melainkan dari tindakan nyata.
Topan Morakot menerjang Taiwan 10 tahun lalu. Saat itu, Tzu Chi mendirikan rumah permanen bagi para korban bencana. Insan Tzu Chi dari berbagai wilayah berkumpul untuk membantu pembangunan. Dalam pembangunan, Tzu Chi juga mempertimbangkan kondisi lingkungan. Karena itulah, mereka menggunakan konblok agar bumi dapat bernapas dan saat turun hujan, air hujan dapat diserap oleh tanah.
Pada tahun 1999, Tzu Chi memikul tanggung jawab besar dalam penyaluran bantuan bencana, yakni penyaluran bantuan di Taiwan yang diguncang gempa 21 September, Turki yang juga diguncang gempa 17 Agustus, dan Kosovo yang dilanda bencana akibat ulah manusia. Saat itu, insan Tzu Chi di berbagai negara terjun ke jalan untuk menggalang dana bagi para korban bencana.
Master berharap setiap orang dapat menggenggam waktu untuk membina jiwa kebijaksanaan. Setiap detik merupakan sejarah dalam kehidupan kita. Kita harus bersungguh-sungguh menulis sejarah yang berharga setiap detik.

Aw, this was an exceptionally nice post. Taking the time and actual effort to generate a very good article… but what can I say… I procrastinate a lot and don’t manage to get nearly anything done.
