Sebersit niat yang menyimpang dapat membuat kita jauh tersesat. Pola pikir yang menyimpang mungkin bisa membawa bencana bagi keluarga, masyarakat, negara, bahkan seluruh dunia. Baik kekayaan maupun ketenaran, semuanya tidaklah kekal. Selama masih hidup, kita harus bersungguh hati untuk melakukan hal yang benar.
Tzu Chi telah berdiri 50 tahun lebih. Hingga kini, insan Tzu Chi yang sudah lansia tetap menggenggam waktu untuk bersumbangsih. Selama ini, Master Cheng Yen juga terus menjalankan misi dengan berpegang pada pesan gurunya, yakni “demi ajaran Buddha, demi semua makhluk”.
Master membimbing insan Tzu Chi untuk melenyapkan penderitaan semua makhluk dengan semangat Bodhisattva yang bisa turut merasakan kepedihan dan penderitaan orang lain. Sutra menunjukkan jalan dan jalan harus dipraktikkan. Master berharap insan Tzu Chi dapat menapaki Jalan Bodhisattva dengan hati Buddha dan tekad Guru.
