Jangan Melupakan Bencana Gempa 21 September 1999
Sinopsis :
Kepala SMP Dongshi, Qiu Jian-wei, berbagi tentang proyek pembangunan ulang sekolah pascagempa 21 September 1999. Dampak gempa 21 September 1999 bagi SMP Dongshi ialah 30 persen dari jumlah murid pindah ke sekolah lain. Setelah sekolah baru selesai dibangun, seluruh guru dan murid di sekolah sangat senang karena memiliki ruang kelas yang begitu indah. Tiga puluh persen murid yang telah pindah sekolah pun pindah kembali ke sekolah mereka. Dalam proses pembangunan, para guru, murid, dan relawan Tzu Chi membantu memindahkan barang, menanam rumput, memasang konblok, dll.
Sebelum gempa 21 September 1999 terjadi, kita memberi perhatian kepada Turki karena pada tanggal 17 Agustus 1999, terjadi gempa di Turki. Pada saat itu, kita mengimbau orang-orang di seluruh dunia untuk peduli terhadap Turki. Tentu saja, Taiwan yang merupakan tempat awal Tzu Chi didirikan, tidak boleh ketinggalan untuk bergerak menggalang dana bagi korban gempa di Turki.
Pada dini hari tanggal 21 September 1999, Taiwan tiba-tiba diguncang gempa. Pascagempa 21 September 1999, relawan Tzu Chi mulai memberikan bantuan bencana. Setiap hari, insan Tzu Chi dari wilayah selatan dan utara Taiwan berkumpul di wilayah tengah Taiwan. Insan Tzu Chi dari luar negeri juga datang untuk mendedikasikan diri.
Tzu Chi tidak hanya membantu membangun sekolah, di saat yang sama juga membangun Rumah Cinta Kasih. Siang dan malam insan Tzu Chi membantu pembangunan Rumah Cinta Kasih. Meski bangunan rumah rakitan tidak luas, tetapi setiap rumah berukuran sekitar 40 meter persegi dan di dalamnya terdapat dapur, ruang makan, dan ruang tamu. Setelah hampir 3 tahun, berhubung Perumahan Cinta Kasih yang permanen telah rampung, warga pindah ke sana. Setelah warga pindah keluar, insan Tzu Chi masih harus membongkar rumah-rumah rakitan itu, bahkan satu sekrup atau paku pun tidak ketinggalan untuk dikumpulkan kembali.

I think everything said made a lot of sense. But, consider this, what if you wrote a catchier post title? I ain’t suggesting your information isn’t solid, but suppose you added something that grabbed people’s attention? I mean BLOG_TITLE is a little vanilla. You could glance at Yahoo’s home page and watch how they create news titles to get viewers to open the links. You might add a video or a related pic or two to grab readers interested about what you’ve got to say. Just my opinion, it might make your blog a little livelier.|
