Sinopsis:
Tim medis tanggap darurat Tzu Chi sudah berada di Nepal selama lebih dari dua bulan. Karena dapat turut merasakan penderitaan para korban bencana, mereka bersedia tinggal di sana dalam jangka waktu panjang. Mereka membangun ikrar dan tekad bukan demi kebahagiaan dan keselamatan sendiri, melainkan demi membebaskan semua makhluk dari penderitaan.
Di Nepal, para relawan Tzu Chi melihat wujud penderitaan. Kondisi di Nepal sungguh menunjukkan Empat Kebenaran Mulia. Ajaran pertama yang Buddha babarkan kepada kita adalah kebenaran tentang penderitaan. Setelah melihat penderitaan dalam hidup ini, barulah kita bisa menyadari berkah.
Manusia hidup menderita akibat akumulasi dari berbagai benih karma yang ditanam. Karena itu, kita harus sangat memperhatikan benih karma. Kita harus mengakumulasi dan menanam banyak benih baik. Jika kita menanam benih bodhi dan menjaga kemurnian hati, maka secara alami di dalam hati kita akan terbentuk hutan bodhi. Akumulasi karma baik membuat kita banyak menjalin jodoh baik dan menanam benih baik di dalam ladang berkah.
